Okay I didn't work out yesterday, put still well within my goal to work out 3 out of 7 days. We had a whirlwind of home improvement/pest control this week. Tuesday night we came home to a bunch of roaches running around our kitchen. Last summer when that family lived with us their stuff was infested and since then we've seen baby ones in our dishwasher. But since we saw some adults and it totally grossed me out we had to call an exterminator. So we had to clear out the whole kitchen so they could spray in there. And move all items away from the perimeter in the rest of the house. So we did this Thursday and Friday. Friday eve. we had to put it all back because most of the kitchen was in our living room and we were having new living room furniture delivered Sat. am We got 2 couches, 2 end tables and a chair. On Monday the direct TV guy is coming to move the satellite wires so we can move the TV. Then we have to do rugs and lamps, paint and hang all the pictures I've had for 2 years. It'll look nice when done but for now it's a little chaotic. So is that enough excuses for not working out on Friday!

I feel your pain! I'm so tired of moving furniture and other stuff from room to room. It overwhelms me. I think it's part of being ADD. Don't beat yourself up. You're doing a great job exercising.
