Monday:30min aerobic movement in front of TV

huffed a little no sweat

Day 16 Workout #14

Tuesday:30 min. calisthenics
100 leg lifts each side
100 butt crunches each side
100 ab crunches
100 push ups (ladies way)
no sweat
no huff but felt the burn

Day 17

Wednesday Day Off
