Workout 17
15min yoga and balance
15min aerobic
on the Wii
huffed and sweat

Only flaw I see is that it wont(at this point at least) let you keep going for as long as you want. So there are too many breaks in the aerobic part. But I'm unlocking new games with every workout, so maybe it just makes you start out slow.
