Blah!!


I did workout but couldn't keep up the pace I usually do. Sounds like a lame excuse but the elliptical machine I was on seemed weird, to tihgt or something. Anyway I walked on the treadmill first and then only did a 16 min. mile on the elliptical machine.




Treadmill 14 min. 0.5 miles


Elliptical 16min. 1mile


huffed and sweat


didn't feel as good afterwards
