Wow!!! You look amazing in that last picture.
Did you watch the show "Ruby" this past Sunday? She did such a wonderful job expressing the pain around food addiction. I was right there with her and it was helpful to hear someone knows the struggle as well!It's a tough time of year so hang in there. I was doing well before I got sick again so after I get over this last bout and past Thanksgiving then I'm going to try again.
You do look great in the last picture - maybe you need to print that out and put it up where you can see it every day. You are inspiring!
